This is definitely one of my favorite recipes to throw together quickly. <BR/><BR/>While I try not to eat tuna TOO often because even low-mercury versions still contain some... So I try to limit it to once every few weeks or so.<BR/><BR/>We had tuna salad last night for dinner. I steamed some fresh brussel sprouts (cut in half) and then circled them around the blob of tuna salad and my girls were in heaven.
